使用點香港 Dot HK（「本服務」）即代表你同意呢啲服務條款。如果你唔同意，請停止使用本服務。本服務由 M. Choy 以個人名義營運。
二、服務性質
本服務係一個免費嘅香港地理達人挑戰遊戲。我哋保留隨時暫停、限制或停止部分或全部服務嘅權利，恕不另行通知。
三、帳戶
- 用 Google 登入嘅帳戶由你自己負責保管。
- 禁止共享帳戶、濫用登入權限或冒充他人。
- 我哋可喺懷疑違反本條款時暫停或刪除帳戶。
四、公平遊戲
為咗維護排行榜公平性，嚴禁：自動化程式（bot）、爬蟲、外掛、作弊或任何影響遊戲結果嘅手段。違反者嘅分數會被刪除，帳戶會被暫停。
五、知識產權
本服務嘅遊戲數據、設計、內容同品牌屬營運者所有。你嘅遊戲分數同記錄喺提交後由本服務持有，用於排行榜同統計。
六、準確性免責
遊戲入面嘅地點座標主要透過開放資料同自動轉換產生，未必 100% 準確，可能出現定位偏差。本服務唔保證地點資料嘅準確性、完整性或時效性。
七、責任限制
本服務按「現狀」提供，冇任何明示或默示保證。喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，營運者唔會為使用本服務引起嘅任何直接、間接、附帶或懲罰性損失負責。作為獨立營運者，我哋嘅總責任上限以你所支付嘅費用（如有）為準。
八、賠償
因你違反本條款或濫用本服務而令營運者蒙受嘅索償、損失或開支，你需要作出賠償。
九、條款變更
我哋可能不時更新呢啲條款。重大變更會喺本頁公佈。繼續使用本服務即代表你接受更新後嘅條款。
十、管轄法律
呢啲條款受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄。

1. Acceptance
By using Dot HK ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. The Service is operated by M. Choy as a sole operator.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service is a free Hong Kong map guessing game. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your Google sign-in account.
- Sharing accounts, abusing login privileges, or impersonating others is prohibited.
- We may suspend or delete accounts suspected of violating these Terms.
4. Fair Play
To protect leaderboard integrity, automated scripts (bots), scrapers, cheats, plugins, or any means of tampering with game results are strictly prohibited. Violators' scores will be removed and accounts suspended.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service's game data, design, content, and branding belong to the operator. Your submitted scores and records are held by the Service for leaderboard and statistics purposes.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
Location coordinates in the game are derived from open data and automated conversion and may not be 100% accurate. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of location data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. As a sole operator, our total liability is limited to any fees you paid (if any).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the operator against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
